Our Approaches
Bid Approach
A bid approach is one where the owner selects a certain number of General Contractors to price a set of contract documents, specifications, and drawings that has been completely designed. The General Contractors invite a list of subcontractors and supply vendors to price their scope of work. This approach puts the owner and contractor at greater risk.

ADE worked with us during the architectural design phase of Hamilton Mill UMC new worship center to give input and feedback when requested as to constructability and likely financial impact of desires such as adding a kitchen or not, an elevator etc. which was a great help in making these early decisions. This was done even though we did not yet have a formal contract with them, just a letter of understanding that we were going to use ADE. They have been outstanding to work with in resolving issues and working with the HMUMC and the architect during construction. They have identified savings where possible and responded to our request for changes during construction in a “can do” attitude. I highly recommend this company.
